Type of a scam Tech Support
We were having trouble with our laptop so my wife wanted tech support . A window popped up and said it was microsoft tech support . Well they wanted to scan our computer and we said ok . They told us our ipp address was compromised and had to turn it over to a class 9 tech . Well they scanned it but it cost us $600.00 first . Well the computer worked fine for a while they installed cc cleaner and Hitman pro but it started slowing down so I had my Norton power eraser clean it and it found the hitman was bad ! I had the eraser remove it and reinstalled free Malwarebites which found 52 pup threats ! The weird thing is they keep calling every week for the last 2 weeks to see how our computer is running and we said it was fine .
