thank you for your interest in the Project Manager position with Malm Transportation.

Let me briefly describe the training process and what needs to be done if you choose to apply.

We are focused on FL state area because of Bennett Mining Corp., Florida Detroit Diesel – Allison and a few other companies located in your state. This industry and this area are very important for our future. The closest to you branch will be launched in Jacksonville – it’s due to open in March.

You’ll be one of the first to know when and where the exact location is announced later this month.

And we will provide everything you need if you choose to operate from your home office.

You will receive all necessary equipment (with our protected software installed) because you won’t

be allowed to use your personal accessories for business communications. Any business related bills

will be covered each month.

According to the company policy, all our employees should pass the training before the full-time position is offered.

The training consists of 4 weeks of studies and short tests and one week of the Final test, which covers all previous

weeks of studies. A study pack will be sent via e-mail each day, Monday through Friday, a 5-6 page document to read.

Your Friday pack will also include a short test to assess your understanding of what you studied during the week.

Training won’t take you more than 30 minutes every day, easy to combine with the full time job.

You won’t have to pay for anything, involve your personal funds or share your private information.

Highest scoring trainees will be invited to take part in part-time projects which will start on second week of training.

Paychecks or direct deposit will be sent out after you’ve completed the 4th test and before taking the final one.

All trainees receive $2,400 as remuneration for their time and effort. Please note: getting an above average test score

can double this amount.

We will invite you to come for a week-long introductory course if you successfully pass first part of training. It will take place

in our New York office, we cover all expenses, including travel, food and accommodation. Your full-time engagement will begin after

you’ve completed both stages of the training. Please note that you will be invited to New York training only if position is guaranteed.

It means that you will receive your formal job offer letter before your trip. Dates for this trip are flexible so you will

have enough time to give notice to your employer. The full-time contract will be a W2 while the training period is covered by a 1099.

The Training Department would also like to conduct a telephone interview. I’ll sort out the timing for that as soon you send me your papers.
