SCAM!!!! On July 30th, 2020 I ordered some custom underwear as a gag gift. By August 3rd, I had not hear anything and asked for shipping info. That day I received an email with a tracking number. When I searched the tracking number it said the "label has not been created". I contacted them August 7, 11, and 12th, asking for a good tracking number. I was told to be patient and that it takes 3-5 days. Today I asked for my money back and was told it was already shipped and they could not refund my money. Still the label says not created yet. THIS IS A SCAM!

Order never showed up, finally emailed them about it to let them know that it never came and that I am now moving far from the shipping address so please cancel and refund. Suddenly the order had magically already shipped and would arrive three days after I was set to move. They won’t issue a refund because the order shipped even though it shipped long after they said it would, their tracker was inaccurate, and I will never be able to receive the product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a pair ages ago for my bf for valentines day, was told they would be here well before valentines so I emailed just before as they hadn’t arrived yet. I was told that they were still in processing and I asked them to just cancel it and refund me, to which they said they could only refund 75% because of materials and my item was on hold until I answered them. I said that was fine, refund the 75% to which they said “sorry the item has already been shipped and we cannot cancel”. Then they gave me a tracking number and IT DOESN’T EVEN WORK. don’t ever order from this company, biggest scam I’ve ever encountered

I have ordered a few items off the website ONE MONTH AGO and received one email about it. They say they ship items within 6-8 business days, it’s now been 30 days and I have no idea what is going on with my order. I try to call, of course the line always rings to an automatic voicemail and the mailbox is full. I try to email, they return to the email and the explanation is in all Chinese. They take your money within a day but can’t answer an email or the phone. I have tried many many times to get in contact with them and I get nothing. It is clearly a scam and I lost $70 on this site!

I made a Christmas purchase on Dec 13 from YesCustom. After 9 days I checked my delivery. Again a few days later. Again 15 days later. Again 25 days later!

Their resonse: be patient.

It’s now Jan 7. Nothing!!!

I’ve asked for Full refund. They said they can’t but could do 10% then 30%.

This is Fraud! Very frustrated!

December 2019 ordered 105.00 worth of merchandise end of november. Got email with tracking number saying a mailing label was made and it was awaiting product. That was on december 10. It is now December 25 with no further progress. I needed these products for a cruise on january 3. I emailed that I wished to cancel the order due to it not being delivered on time I m assuming i will get no reply or product. will update if wrong.

Hello. I purchased several items for several birthdays coming up. I spent $112.35 for custom clothing items. When I did not receive my package, I tracked my package. It said it was returning to sender due to insufficient address. I thought maybe apartment number did not appear. I tried to retrieve my package from the post office. I filed a complaint with them due to this issue. I contacted yescustom.com and it took many messages to get them to answer me. They would only respond to me from 10pm to 4am. I figured they were in another country. They said that the package was returned and that I needed to pay $8 more to add my apartment number. I did and waited. When I did not receive my package again, I tracked it again. I said it was again with sufficient address. I emailed yescustom.com. They apologized for the the mistake. I figured that they did not add my apartment number. Now they said it would take another 2 weeks. I asked them to overnight it to me. They said the package was lost and they had to remake the items. I said if the items were lost, don’t make new ones. I would like a refund. They responded a week later and said that they would refund my a refund minus $20 for reshipment. I said that the last issue was their fault and that I would like my full refund or the package overnighted to me. They stopped responding to me. I am out of $112.35 plus $8 and I never received the gifts for my kids.

Claim to be an American company but they arn’t! I placed a Valentines day order January 27t… it is Feb.20Th and still NOTHING. I’ve tried emailing the email they have on their site and an automatic message comes back that the company is on vacation!? They take the payment for items through paypal. I checked out their Facebook page and there are hundreds of complaints about no items and nobody can talk to anyone in this company. I randomly get a email your item is on the way….. Check it out and its a tracking number from CANADA that says theres no info on this tracking number… It’s a scam. I’m so disappointed.

I placed an order with Yes Custom Designs three weeks ago as a Valentine gift. I have yet to receive any communication informing me of an order number. I emailed the company and received a generic email saying they were on vacation February 2-10. I emailed them again on the 11th asking for assurance that the product would be delivered by Valentine’s Day. No reply. I’ve called, no answer. They had no issue withdrawing the money but they aren’t delivering the product.

I placed my order with this company January 30. They took the money from my account via PayPal and haven’t heard anything since. I’ve sent 2 emails without any reply and after doing a little more research, Im not the only person who this has happened to. Others have said that They received emails saying they “are on vacation” but I haven’t gotten anything!
