I have been receiving a fax that addresses an unpaid account that is over due. The paper states they will send us to collections if left unpaid. The account that is described in the fax is for Yellow Page-Utah.com. The thing that stood out to me was that the mailing address for the payment is:

BLDG 100,unites 1201&1202, City Gate
Mahon, Cork
Republic of Ireland.

Because of OUR business, we advertise through several phone books, so the first time that I received this 3 years ago I paid the $1,088.00. Last year I faxed a request and never received a response and didn’t pay. This year they say I now owe $2,136.00.
I have tried to contact them through the phone number given and it just rings for a long time and then disconnects.
Is this a scam?
