Type of a scam Rental
A broker from World Trade Events called to offer me a rental agreement for 10 weeks on my exclusive rate resort in Mexico. Offered 32,000 for 10 weeks. In order to close the deal, I was asked to pay for the outstanding balance of my membership sending money to the scrow company called Emerald Title. I noticed it was something wrong right there. The man was very polite and had an answer for every question I asked. They sent me a contract and everything seemed perfect. But it was a scam.
