Ordered a product in April, never received it. Contacted the company for a refund and was told that I can’t get a refund because the product is in transit. The tracking information has not changed since it was "shipped." Look into HT LLC, associated scam companies include Southpaw Dog, Purrchews, Woofing10. Huge scam, making "companies" and then abandoning the domains.
