They go through a screening process, hire you. Send packages to you ask you to examine them take pictures of contents then send you a label to mail off. The offer is $20 per package. You have an online office so you know whats coming then you deliveries not on the site. they do not pay as scheduled. After three weeks I received a letter from the post master stating I may be involved in a scam willingly or unwillingly. That was all I needed. Packages were delivered via UPS and Fedex. Then I got a couple in my mail box too much. So technically I did no loose any money but I also did not get paid.
