They do not respond to contact. Their email address bounces, even when I reply to the original order email of the same address. Their contact page won’t respond. Their refund policy is bogus. The jackets purchased were a size or two smaller than what I typically wear.

This company goes by many names, Shop Newport was a previous one, and now Westwind is their current name, https://westwind.shop/. I’m sure they will be changing their name soon, but if you see an ad for a shop selling fashionable jackets made in Ohio, DO NOT BUY. It is a Chinese scam company that will just take your credit card information.
