Type of a scam Online Purchase

My elderly parents contacted me with a "too good to be true" deal to purchase a pool cleaner at a price hundreds of dollars below retail—$79 ("save $670"). The website is laden with grammatical errors and certainly looks like a scam. I told my parents I would check with BBB because they trust them.
