Type of a scam Rental
Consumer came in and said this company wants to buy his timeshare. This company contacted him saying they will sell his timeshare and put money in escrow for him, they are selling the unit for much more than the other units are selling for (other units are selling for $10-15K) at $41,500.00. They are stating that the consumer has to pay them $4,150.00 after the sale is complete. Consumer is stating that that is unlike any other timeshare selling company. After some research we were unable to locate ANY information other than the company’s website.
