Waves and sun offered free inflatables on Facebook. Merely pay shipping and handling fees. There website is now gone and no way to contact them. I don’t believe I will ever receive the products I ordered, nor is there a way to request a refund. It was a Facebook ad that I thought had been vetted.

I purchased a product from the website they charge my account sent me an email to confirm and said it shipped. It never came I tried to get back on the website and get a hold of customer service and track my package. I am unable to track my package the website no longer exists and their contact email nobody will reply.
