I have had the same experience as those above. My husband placed an order April 12/20 and our credit card was immediately charged. Two weeks later we received an email with an order number. Received an email May 6/20 stating our order was on the way with the statement that typical delivery is 7-28 days and due to COVID-19 to add an additional 3-9 days. We should have received the order at the latest June 12/20. I emailed walk hero support on June 17/20 asking for a status as I was provided no tracking number. Received a very bizarre email back just trying to entice me to buy more. Went through a website to email as well and have received no reply. Based on the above comments this definitely is a scam.

I also ordered from Walk Hero in April they charged my CC on 4/18 and never recieved my product.

My bill showed a number of

************ which I believe belongs to someone named ****** but no answer.

This company needs to be put on blast on FB, Instagram and any other social media platform.

Same experience. Ordered over 2 months ago. I reached out and received an email as follows:
Due to Coronavirus (Covid-19) some orders might take longer to arrive. The typical delivery time frame is 7-28 days, depends on location. Packages may face with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. This type of delay will take an additional 3-9 business days for the parcel to arrive.

Now a month later after the last email I followed up and reviewed this again:

We are sorry you didn’t receive your package as promptly as you expected. We’re experiencing an unusual delay in shipment due to COVID-19. Once the order will be shipped out, It’ll take 15-20 business days to be delivered at your place. Meanwhile, we would appreciate your support on this matter.

This company is a scam. BEWARE! I ordered off the Facebook ad as well.

When I tried to call their customer service phone, it was disconnected. It has been 5 weeks since I placed my order and no word from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

We ordered a brace. We paid extra for 3 to 9 day shipping and did not receive after 30 days. Can not get a response through the only means to communicate with them which is email. Other people who tried to buy a brace and did not receive one said they were charged more than one time for a product they never received.

I purchased Walk Hero Ankle Brace for $29.95 through an ad while on Facebook in Jan 2020. It said it would take 7 to 21 days to receive, it never came. I then received an email on Feb 4th saying it had been lost in transit and they were sending another one, it never came. However, on March 2nd my bank account was charged $12.47 not sure why.

I reached out to the only avenue I had, which was email on March 4th stating to them that I still had not received any product and now additional money was taken out of my account for a reason I do not know. I thought I was purchasing a product, not buying the product, then having to pay them monthly to keep the product. In the email I requested all money to be returned and that I no longer wanted the product from them.

At to no surprise, I never received the product or my money returned in fact I had more money taken out again $12.47 in April. This time I called my bank to report it as fraud then sent another email stating that and that I would be reporting them to the BBB.
