I purchased a Nerf Rival gun, they took the money from my account, after 2 weeks of not hearing from them they sent an email and a text message back saying they ran out of stock and would refund the entire amount. The refund was started but they cancelled it before it was issued. So I have no product, and no refund. Order# VIP1164
