Total money lost $1,100

Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

The first time I encountered them was in 2011 – they had a drawing held at the NY Craft Beer Festival held in Webster Hall in New York City. You filled out a sheet with your information and they took a random drawing to see who would win. This was a falsehood, there was no drawing. They called everyone who submitted their information to try to sell them a vacation package for $400-500. I was on the phone when they called and the person I went with was on the phone at the same, being called about the same vacation details. I signed up for it AND PAID, and they never delivered the vacation package. Months later when I never used it, they said it expired and I owed additional money in the amount of $700+. They kept calling for a few months then after a year started again. They said if I just paid the $700 it will all go away and the bill will be settled. So I like a fool, paid. This was a pretty stupid mistake. Every now and again they will call me to pay again, for the vacation that was never used. Last time it was a person who called and I wanted to get them off the phone and ERRONEOUSLY gave them my current address. They sent an invoice, and just this past week, sent another invoice. There is a bit of a shake-my-head moment right about now as I was fully duped and this is following me around like a bad shadow.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!

DO NOT RESPOND to these people and they will be shut down sooner or later. I don’t know how they haven’t been reported on now and are still in the practice of scamming people out of money.

Look at the attachment – none of it looks legitimate – it does not look professional, and it was different from the last invoice in format, specifics, etc. Even the invoiced amounts DO NOT detail anything specific or name anything.
