I placed in order with this company Vero Swim 12/17/2018 and they took my money the same day electronically. January 1, 2019, I received an email from [email protected] confirming my order number. I never received a tracking number, and so 1/23/2019 I emaile dthem asking for information. I also left a voice mail on the number listed on their website +1 (833) 288-8376. They didn’t respond, nor did they ever answer the calls I made during their listed business hours. I left two more voicemails, and sent two more emails over the next two weeks to no response. I sent instant messages through Social Media apps and they never responded. AS of toay, they blocked me from all their social media accounts and have still not responded to my attempts to fulfill my order/get a refund as I never received any goods. They stole my money. Do NOT trust this company.
I have discovered posts recently on the web that others have also been scammed by this company.
