I was on facebook and an ad came up about the shoe brand ‘Vans’ having a sale and because I was in need of some new shoes for school I clicked on it. It redirected me to a site. I assumed it was the official Vans website because they use their identical logo at the very top of the main page. I ordered plain black tennis shoes that were $27, after tax and shipping it came out to $32.59. It said that most items are shipped out the same day. I placed my order September 19, 2018. I chose standard shipping. I still have not received them. Today is October 24, 2018. They do not have a customer service phone number so I messaged the email on the site and could not get anyone to reply or contact me in any form. I will provide screenshots of the email and the transaction itself. Thank you for your help and please contact me if you need any additional information or if anybody can help me with my situation.
