I received in the mail a letter with the over head " 2016 – Annual Records Solicitation Form Utah Corporations"
I thought it comes from a government office so I fill up and send a payment with $125.00 without thinking twice. On January I received another letter saying the same, that is when I look back in my papers and realize is the same, I call the number and they say they are not government office that they are agents, I say you are not hire by me to be my agent so I would like a refund of my money. They say ok just send this one vinil folder with the correspondence that they send me. I send it back on January 27,2016 to an address on California they gave me and send signature required. Until today February 10th I have not received my money back. The way they send this documents I can see now that is easy to be confuse thinking that is a government agency. Seems that they are doing it in every state and sure thing they find people like me sending them money. I hope someone can stop this scam soon.
