I just started a website apparrel on line. I received 2 orders from a customers that has different names but the delivery address are the same and was directed to the above address. I contacted them for orders to confirm and to verify if the two different individuals are real, but the phone numbers are either international which is not in service and the number is located in the Philippines and the 1-650 that is located in California, none of them answers the phone. I left messages and ask to return my call several times on the 1-650 number. Since i never received any, I emailed the email address that was provided but i never received any response. The first order, was made to the name of Tyrone Pines and second to Ramon Bautista. I cancelled the first one for not responding to my call and emails. the 2nd one I was still waiting for a response. Yesterday, I received an email thru shopify that the 2nd order from Ramon Bautista wants a refund and is asking for a charge back of 15.00. Whoever is making orders on this address which is scamming not only their customers but the online businessess owners. These people or this address needs to be investigated because, its hard for small businesses like me that barely earning and people are taking advantage, and once you don’t give in to what they want they threaten to send a very bad review on your website. I did found out, that this address is a third party online buyers, not a direct online buying customer. They buy and orders stuff in behalf of someone else or another person. They order on line without providing verification codes or cvv, zip codes and a working phone numbers. And also the email address that they use are very suspicious. Mandaraya001 on one of the email means cheater or deceiver in Filipino language and Tyrone’s 666 on his email by Filipino custom is a bad omen number.
