I don’t recall how I first was in contact with these people whether it was by phone or a pop up warning on my computer, but the first time my computer was acting up so I contacted them to fix it. they charged me a hefty sum but promised a lifetime guarantee.I let them have remote control of my computer. Several months later my computer was acting up again so I contacted them and of course they claimed this problem wasn’t under warranty. So they told me it was a driver problem and they installed a Lifetime driver package. The tech did not want to take my credit card but asked me to get a pre-paid card or gift card instead.I thought this was a red flag.I told him I couldn’t get the card and he would have to take my credit card, I gave him the numbers because he had supposedly fixed my computer. So far it is up and running good,but I can’t help feeling that I was duped for the second time most likely.
