Tuesday, August 30, Call from 512-215-5920. Message from Rupert at ext 112. I was approved for loan of 1,000-5,000 dollars. On Thursday, Sept 1, 2016, I called back, spoke with Peter Parker also ext 112. I asked company name, what bank it was affiliated with, address, and call back phone number. Verified name of company then transferred to a Wilson Paul ext 147, no information provided and transferred to Jessica Williams at ext 146. She Provided information, employee ID number USTL233353 and Consumer License ID 16381-150908. Advised to contact ScamPulse.com and verify. Research showed address is Apt Complex. Called and verified. Advised of issue. Stated would alert Manager. No office for US Trust Loans at address. Called Bank of America, verified company, called local BBB, verified US Trust Loan office in same city and state, provided address and phone number. Called phone number provided and verified no office at address Ms. Williams provided. On mourning of September 2, 2016, I called 512-215-5920 and Ms. Williams answered. I repeated the information she had provided in our previous conversation and she confirmed the information. I shared what I had learned and questioned her about the address she provided. Ms. Williams became upset and stated that there are several branches of company, that this was a legit business, that they were located inside apt complex, and that I had choice to accept or deny loan and said she had a meeting/conference call and couldn’t speak with me any further. I denied loan, asked to be removed from call list, and I would be contacting the proper authorities.
