I signed onto https://uspassports.agency/?network=b to renew my passport. The website collected all my personal information. I was able to select NEXT until the last page until there was no NEXT submit button. It just ended. It was as if the website collected all my personal information and was done. I am afraid of identity theft. I called the number provided on website and it went nowhere. The number was 001-646-712-9700. I chatted on line with "Judith" and she could offer no explanation regarding the phone number. There was also no company address.
Judith was supposed to get back to me regarding the phone contact information however never did.
