received phone call from Jonathan Davis, saying he was a US Marshall, and that I had missed my jury duty. He said there was a warrant out for my arrest signed by a judge (whose name was authentic) and that I could come in and pay the fine in person. He was very convincing and kept talking over and over again about 6 months jail time or 1000 fine. He told me to come immediately to a court house about an hour away and bring 1900.00 cash which i would get back once they verified that the signature on the jury summons was not mine. He said to keep on the cell the entire way in the car and we had to speak every 30 seconds or so. So we got in the car and went to the Sheriff’s office. The deputy called the number and Jonathan Davis answered and after a few minutes he hung up on the deputy. Felt stupid to even fall for this but he was very convincing.
