This company agreed to pick my Daughter’s belongings up within a 2 day window. The person who came guaranteed her they would come the first day. They never showed up either day after taking her $900 deposit in the form of a check. She called constantly and they came up with many excuses. The problem was she was leaving out of the country. They would not refund her deposit, as it said in the contract this time window was only an estimate. She should have read the contract more closely, but after listening to their salesperson, she believed what he said. They will not refund her deposit. She is a poor graduate student and this amount of money was difficult for her to come up with. Now she is forced to move herself with moving truck.
