Type of a scam Government Grant
Called claiming to be a government grant program working with the federal reserve in NY. Immediately asked for an extension and call back number. He said his name was Melvin Green but had an Indian accent. told me I need to have my routing and account number handy. I told him I would call back when I got it in hand. so I call both numbers back the one originally called from which is out of service and then called him at number provided. He stated to go to Walmart and register a money gram in the amount of 250$. send it to him and they would send me the grant totally 15,000$.
