Type of a scam Government Grant

I am receiving many calls on my cell phone from multiple phone numbers. The callers all have accents. Male and female.I have to say hello three times until they speak. Caller states they are with the US Department of Education. My name and number has been randomly selected to receive a Government Grant between $100 and $30,000. They asked me for my mailing address and my drivers license information. I did not give any information. They did not request money. I know it is a scam.

I was made aware by my office manager, that in the mail, a notice was given to them stating that I owed on student loans and asked for my employer to garnish my wages. The paperwork stated that I owed $37,247.18 and stated they were from the US Dept of Education. My name was spelled wrong in two places and the social security number listed was wrong as well. No court order was given.
