Type of a scam Phishing
Called 8:30 am EST Sunday 3/19 with a tone of urgency. Scammer pretended to be a long lost friend named Suzanne {with a southern accent,} and tried to confirm my identity, asked if my name was X, asked if I had a son, asked if my son’s name was X, jr. Asked questions to try to get a yes response. Asked to confirm that I was X from Cleveland. "Suzanne" started out speaking softly, I think she would have asked me if I could hear her now after I said I can barely hear you. Caller would not identify how she knew me. I hung up on her when I suspected a scam.
