Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Do not talk to anyone from this company! You agree to try their product, before you know it product is being shipped out without your knowledge/agreement, somehow you are now on automatic billing, an invoice is sent with a no return policy on all products and services.

There is an exchange policy but go figure there is no website available to view other products/services. Another red flag that this company is a scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, REPS or any CS affiliated with this address, name, similar name!

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Caller starts by saying they are closing out our account due to inactivity. I said yes, we only have one printer and still have a cartridge on the shelf. He said they have a shelf life of 3 years. Then presents a bunch of double talk about not purchasing 6 toner cartridges last year and he is sending me a year end catalog with an Amazon gift card in it, so look for it. He said stay on the line 10 seconds after he hangs up to activate my Amazon gift card, which I did. The call was disconnected. An hour later, I receive a call from a lady confirming she is sending me a toner cartridge and my final payment of $150. I said wait a minute. I didn’t order anything, we still have one on the shelf and Tim didn’t say he was charging me anything or sending me another toner cartridge……This place is a scam !

Type of a scam Phishing

We are a small veterinary clinic and we use office supplies daily. A telemarketer called our office offering high yield toner for a better price than we were currently paying. They offered reward/prepaid gift cards with every few shipments to sweeten the deal, as of today the gift cards total $1250.00. We did pay and expected to receive 1 shipment of toner. Our clinic was most definitely directed to do something that we did not want to do. In fact, over the course of a year and a half we continued to receive shipments we didn’t order and when we spoke to the representative he always insisted that it was all apart of our original agreement. We have never signed a contract and have never received any such agreement in writing. I asked for them to cancel all the future shipments, but they have never stopped and still continue to ship and charge our business credit card multiple times each month. I believe the representative fabricated the "original agreement" and during our discussions with Universal Printing Solutions they would remind us of this so called "agreement" and imply that if we didn’t fulfill the rest of our orders that somehow we were liable for breaching the contract.

Overall I believe because I am a good business person and pay my debts and expect others to do the same I assumed (gullibly) that he was correct and we truly did have some arrangement but this was false.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Our company recently purchased ink from Universal Printing Solutions. It was not until after purchasing their ink that we discovered that the first thing that pops up when you type in their business on Google is "ScamPulse.com Complaints." Upon discovering the many many complaints filed against this company, I happened to have had an old authentic HP Printer ink cartridge lying around so I the compared the two cartridges out of suspicion that Universal Printing Solutions may be selling counterfeit cartridges. I was correct. The big "give away" was that the authentic HP cartridge is a U.S. product while the counterfeit cartridge is made in Japan.
