Recieved a call from Joe of United Restitution Group of Iowa at 8:24 am on April 13 regarding 2 allegations to be filed in Polk County courts. That I would be pursued at my employer & residence and that once I was found, I forfeited any right to settle. They gave me this phone # 877-684-4712 and case #490-158.
From what I have read, these appear to be illegal attempts to regain online loan payments, some through a prepaid card or MoneyPak.

This is the voicemail that was left for me word for word:
"This is a notification for P L my name is Brittany White contacting you from United Restitution Group for the state of MN. We received an order for 2 allegations to be filed against you immediately with your local contactors office. Unfortunately this department will be pursuing you at your place of employment and residence. You do have the legal right to resolve this case with the plaintiff outside of court. Please understand that once you are located you forfeit that right. You can contact your legal department at 1-877-561-8509 reference number 411205. P L you have officially been notified." The guy that I spoke with would not transfer me to extension 2010 to a Brittany White stated he is handling this matter now. I had asked him if he could send me the information on this matter via email or mail and he stated if I do your admitting guilt. The guy stated I had taken a $400.00 loan through a cash advance in May 2010. This I DID NOT do. He gave me 2 payment options first one: $2850 for paper option one. 2nd Option: $850 to pay in full. This guy who would not give me his name would not even give me there website or a email address. This person had my social security number and other information.
