I am a Realtor in Sacramento, California. I was initially contacted by Victoria Williams who said she was with Livi Management and told me that if I registered through a website listed under United Default Management for a cost of $349, I would receive the "Listings" for any properties that were assigned to me. I was to run an exterior BPO "Broker Price Opinion" for each property. If for some reason the property was not taken back by the bank, (they were Auction Properties) then I would receive $75 for the BPO. If the bank did take the property back then I would be guaranteed the "Listing" for any property assigned to me. The fee was just to have access to the system to upload the BPO and receive the assignments. I did receive two assignments for BPO’s and then kept an eye on those properties. When the bank took back the first one I reached out to Martin Jacobson who told me there were some legal issues that needed to be worked out and he would let me know when it was ready to list. The property came on the market with another realtor in January 26th, 2018. I have since tried to contact the two people who I had dealt as well as customer service via email and voice mail and have not heard back after several attempts. It is obvious to me now that this is a scam…
