Type of a scam Online Purchase

I had purchased a pop-up tent, as advertised on an Instagram Ad. I received a package 4 weeks later, but what I received was a 2×2 piece of tarp that looked like a table mat. It looked nothing like the images, nor did it fit the description in the least bit.

I tried contacting the seller, via the email on the site, but I get an error stating the the email does not exist.

Since my options are limited, I want to ensure that the website/website owner is held accountable. I can only assume that I am not the only individual that is having issues with the site.

I fear that my information may have been taken and filed away.
