Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Hello. I was called by this number of 412-891-0535 with unknown name on caller ID. They left a message (which usually doesn’t happen), and I had messages from google Microsoft before but ignored it. I totally should have known better! Ugh!

I believe it to be a scam using the Ultra View software to say that my Microsoft license was expired. Which was possible. However, I was supposed to go onto my laptop so they could uninstall the version of the software as I would not need that for what I use my computer for. They said I needed to fill out this online form for the complete refund. The wanted my name, address, state, and last 4 digits of my bank acct. and bank name I used, to deposit it. It showed a secure site in the address bar. I went as far as allowing them to remotely control my laptop to uninstall the program. Very convincing!!! When it got to the point, I believe, that they could not find info of what they were looking for, while on the phone with me, they said I needed to log into my bank Acct. on the computer and not my thru my phone banking app, to see if the refund had came through from them. I did not give them any other information, hung up, and closed out of their remote control on my computer and the internet and shut off my computer. They tried calling me back 3 x’s but I did not answer.

If you have any other info or leads on this number, please let me know!

Thanks!!!
