[Victim] was calling to get United Healthcare medical supply balance through Optima Bank; however, when she called (w/o the 1 in front) she received an automated response to hit #1 and she get an individual who asked for all her personal information before would give her a $100 voucher to use anywhere she wanted to for taking the survey and the correct phone # for Optima Bank. Ultimately, [Victim] did not give her any personal information, the individual gave her 800-555-1212 and ultimately hung up. [Victim] gave her her name and phone #.
Individual asked $1.99 for 15 days service (discounts at many places) and then it was $39.99. She gave a few business names to entice [Victim]
