I purchased two turtle necklaces for my nieces birthday. She would have loved to be able to track a seaturtle. I received the necklaces, and the email to track one seaturtle, but not the second one. I clicked on the track my turtle from my email, and it took me to seaturtle.org. On that website there was a message Scam Alert! The message read; a company possibly operating under a variety of names is selling products online and using seaturtle.org’s turtle tracking maps as a perk to buyers. If you have been offered a seaturtle.org tracked turtle by purchasing something from turtles journey they have used seaturtles.org turtle tracking information without our permission.
