Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

This company sent an order never placed and tried to bill for it. When asked to take it back they wouldn’t answer directly and would only commit to canceling the account.

I saw this offer online from True White System, which was shown to be affiliated with Shark Tank, the company you see on tv, supporting various companies that they sometimes invest in. So I thought they would be lagetiment. Their offer was a free sample of a teeth whitener product, with the only charges being postage/handling. That was around 4/07/2019. The add had no mention of an obligation of any future purchases, or the need to contact them within a period of time in order to prevent an additional shipment of their product. I accepted the offer, and give them my debit card # so they could bill my account for shipping the free sample to me. I did not order any additional product from this company, and since then, I decided not to order any more product from them. In looking at my bank statement online yesterday, I discovered that this company had billed my account on 5/31/2019 for $149.95, and again on 6/10/2019 for an additional $89.95. I got their phone # from my bank and immediately called them. Needlessly to say I was plenty mad. The man that I spoke to kept saying to me that the charges were valid because I had given them my card #. If you give someone your card #, for a one time purchase, it isn’t a blank check to keep on billing you multible times there after, unless you authorize it, which I did not. Also, on each charge the billing company name changed. The first was True White System, then Whiteteeth, , and the third name was Celeb-Teeth. The products haven’t arrived yet either. They refused to refund my money. My bank and I have disputed the charges. Beware! *** ***

Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare

My husband saw a trial offer for the true white system for $7.95. So thought would try it. Well after getting it, they said the 7.95 was for shipping and handling and if we did not return it, it would cost us $29.95. Tried to tell them it said trial, but would not budge. I send it back today for the cost of almost $4.00 postage. Also, the add said it was on shark tank and there is no evidence of that. They would then charge our account for large sums of $ each month. Finally convinced them to cancel any future junk, but had to return.

They need to be shut down immediately.

True White System advertised a free offer, only paying $7.95 for shipping. They did not tell me they were going to charge $149.95 if I did not call to cancel. Also, charging $89 per month thereafter. The return address is 1835 Newport Blvd., Suite A 109-302, Costa Mesa, CA 92627-5007.

However, the invoice and shipping address is Scottsdale, AZ. This is money I did not authorize, and believe I deserve a full refund.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

On September 19, 2018 I decided to order a teeth whitening product that was backed and part owners with what I thought was an honest show *** ***. I made it a point to read all the fine print. Even though it was not clearly visible. Fine print says you pay $7.95 shipping and handling for a sample. If you decide you don’t like the product you need to cancel the order with in 14days or else you will be charged $149.95 and then $89.95 ever 30 days for a monthly prescription. Once I received the product I tried it first night. My gums and teeth started to burn and I quickly stoped use of the product. Upon calling the next day so this is now 1 day I have product. I told them what happen to me and I want to cancel the prescription and return product. They told me I need to try the product another time and they would give me a discounted rate for it. I told them i didnt want there product at all and need to send it back to them. I asked to speak to a supervisor as well and was told they were in meetings and then was hung up on. Next day I called again this time I was told how to send back product and that they would cancel my account but I had to pay the $149.95. I said for what I canceled within the 14 days they told me I never called in before. I asked to speak to a supervisor again and was told they were all in meetings again. Finally after hours and days I got aRMA # to return product which I paid for and was told they would credit my account the $149.95. My cc company put a hold on the payment until just today I received a letter that my cc company is putting the charge back on my card because true white system sent them supporting evidence of my purchase and until true white calls them to tell them there was no purchase I can’t get refunded! They received product back and are still not regunding me and I had their product for 1 day!! The *** *** people really disappointed me. I really liked that show but will never watch it again since now I know they support scamming people! A true disgrace!

I sent for trial offer of a teeth whitening kit which was free and had to pay postage which Was$7.95. In very small letters it said that if you didn’t cancel within 14 days you would be billed $90 and then something more about an over $100 charge for an additional kit. I called in 10 days (today) and person I talked to said she would give me a extension before canceling. Kept telling her I wanted to cancel today and she kept offering different alternatives. Finally she said I would have to return it to have it canceled. That was never in small letters. It said it could be canceled within 14 days, period. I want it canceled today and have no intention of paying anything for product. What more can I do?

I was cautious in ordering and should have followed my gut but I spoke with someone that they assured me it was a complete 100 percent guarantee. I received the product and was not satisfied so I called and found that not only had they charged me more than I expected they intend to continue to charge my hundreds of dollars and send more products. I have called over 5 times, each time they refuse to cancel my order but offer me more time to see if I like it. I am disabled and haven’t been able to go to my bank but from my last bank statement it appears that every time I called to cancel they charged my card even though I asked them if they had and they said no and I insisted that they not charge me or send me anything and cancel me as a customer they just keep saying all they can do is give me more time. I have also emailed them several times with no response. I strongly suggest you stay away from this company. They have caused me more panic attacks and sleepless nights than I can count!!!
