This website and business shares multiple sites – troysflorist.com and americanaflowers.com to name a few. They are not florists, the take orders, take payment, and then send orders out to be filled, supposedly. Problem is, there are over 100 consumers whose orders were never filled yet were charged. When you try to call them, they put you on hold then hang up or simply hang up right away. You can’t obtain a refund from them. Their sites are fraudulent and I will file a police report in NJ and will try to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
