I placed an order in early April, got an email with shipping confirmation. I was charged over $50 for 2 masks. This is the end of August. Never received my masks. I get generic replies from Tend Deploy, never an actual answer. Shameful that people use a time like this to rip you off.

I’m amazed anybody received their order from them. They send the same generic response to every email and are unresponsive. Not worth the hassle! Now I’m out $$$$ with no masks! Not worth it

I bought a mask with two filters, and 20 additional filters on April 03. Based on the tracking information I was given, my order left California and then spent 4.5 weeks sitting in Texas. After pestering their customer service numerous times via E-mail, my mask & two filters magically delivered 5 days later but under a different tracking # from my original order. However, I didn’t get the 20 additional filters I’d ordered.

Thinking they’d deliver separately, I waited until 60 days had passed. That was the timing they stated that from my initial order: “In extreme cases, orders may take up to 60 days to arrive, in which case, a full refund will be issued to our customers as per our policy. This rarely happens, but if it were to happen, you’d be covered under our policy for a refund and you may keep the parcel.” Having still not received the filters, I requested a refund starting June 5th. I sent four different E-mails to their customer service requesting the refund; they’ve never responded & never refunded me.

It’s odd that I got the mask but not the additional filters. Makes me wonder if they were legit at first but they extended themselves so much due to the high demand and then couldn’t follow through with all the orders, that they decided to take the money and run… In the end, it doesn’t matter their intent. It’s only their actions that matter. They stole money from me, and apparently a ton of other people. I reported them to the BBB & FTC.

Like many here I was scammed by Trend. I ordered KN95 masks. My receipt said the same. When I finally got the masks they were PN 2.5 masks which do no good against the virus.

I havent received anything other then canned emails.

I wish I had read further about your company before ordering the POS mask I overpaid for and had a filter fall out and get lost, making the mask useless. Also, I ordered the stretch workout bandS, not band and I say that because after 2.5 months only ONE band showed up in the package. Ripoffs!

Trend Deploy is a scam and a joke, don’t bother replying unless you plan on refunding me every penny of my money. I don’t expect that to happen and I’m chalking it up to a lesson learned, but I will make sure I spread the word as much as possible so others don’t get ripped off like I did.

Go out of business ASAP!

I received the mask I overpaid for after about 6 weeks of waiting and badgering the hell out of them with emails, thinking it would be a quality piece and boy was I wrong.

Live and learn. I wish I read all this before doing business with them.

Horrible company. Been 6 weeks and nothing. Only canned email responses until my 4th email. At that point they say order is in processing so the order can’t be cancelled. It’s now been 2 weeks and still “Processing”. Buyer beware!

DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY! Everything I have read here regarding Trend Deploy is accurate. I know, because it is also happening to me. I ordered 20 N-95 masks and received a notification that the items had arrived at a “shipping partner” called “Jet e-Commerce Logistics” in the City of Industry, Calif. I also received a tracking number. I ordered on April 3rd, received this “shipping partner” notice on April 8th and since then, one month since my order was placed, no movement. I placed a research request with USPS and that came back as no item received.

This company is a total and complete SCAM. I have emailed them asking directly for a refund of my $79 and all I have received is a series of canned emails assuring me that my masks are “…well on its way!” I researched the shipping partner, “Jet e-Commerce Logistics” and see that it is a China-based company. Makes one think…?

No one wants to be scammed…ripped off…lied to…

All Trend Deploy needs now is a bandana for a mask so I can call them highway robbers. Do any of us on this site believe that we will ever receive our orders, or better yet, a refund from Trend Deploy? How ’bout NOOO!

DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered masks on April 6. I received an email on April 8 that my shipment was in Carol Stream, Illinois and waiting on a 3rd party carrier. I was given a tracking number, but each time I try to track the package it says it’s still in Carol Stream, Illinois. Today is May 3 and the package hasn’t moved. They have no phone number and their contact is a gmail account. I doubt that I will ever see my masks. I have sent numerous emails and get a response stating not to worry, my package is on its way (canned response). Their website is still up and they are still taking orders, so beware. They’re nothing but scam artists!

SCAM SCAM SCAM… placed an order for the N95 masks only to have never received them.. like others here, only a generic email is sent when asked about the shipping or getting a refund.. see below about the shipping. departed arrived etc at same location. when I contacted the post office, they confirmed there is no such shipment. generic email from trend deploy.

Tried to email them about it and they sent me an automated reply back email explaining orders are delayed because of COVID. The guaranteed I would receive my order within 5-15 days, BIG LIE. -copy/paste this: I purchased several mask and filters from the online retailer Trend Deploy. It falsely advertised “N95 PM2.5 Anti-Virus Micro Particle Barrier Face Mask. (Reusable With Activated Carbon Filter)” at a price of $29.99 USD. After receiving the items and inspecting further, these are in fact not N95 masks. The website has since removed the previous item link and removed the “N95” in their item description. I have sent multiple emails regarding this subject matter requesting a refund, but have not received a response to date. This was clearly false advertisement and an attempt at price gouging to exploit vulnerable people during the covid pandemic. They falsely advertised their mask as “N95”. These are not N95s and it appears they recently updated and removed this description. Check your email orders as it will list the old item name “N95 PM 2.5”. I urge you all to submit complaints to the BBB and department of justice as this company defrauded and exploited many people.

I ordered two N95 face masks along with ten replacement filters on April 14, 2020. I then received an email thanking me for placing my order and advising that tracking information would follow when items are actually shipped. I also received another email
advising that due to the Coronavirus pandemic that Trend Deploy is experiencing a high volume of ordering resulting in unprecedented delivery delays. My order totaled $79.99, no sales tax, with an unapplied order discount and FREE shipping.
I have not received my order, but have also encountered the merry go round attempting to speak with anyone from Trend Deploy. I intend to pursue with assistance from my financial institution immediately! Wow!

I live in Australia and placed an order with them for three items on 6th March. I then received three different tracking numbers (one for each item) which turn out to be fake. No tracking details come up. I sent them several emails – and all I got was a standard response not addressing my query at all. I have now taken up the matter with PayPal who are now waiting on a response from Trend Deploy – not hanging out for justice any time soon! This company is a scam

Similar experience as LHP2019. Delayed order, bad shipping numbers, different shippers each email, canned email replies, etc. Was DELIGHTED to dispute charge with Amex. I have my refund, Trend Deploy will have proceeds deducted directly from Amex…all is right with the world any this company IS A SCAM! BEWARE!

I placed two different orders with Trend Deploy on the same day. One for $150 and the other for $1100.00 . We received the $150 order but not the larger order. When I reached out to them and asked when I would receive the $1100 order, they claim that that shipped. In the same box as the original. I explained that they were two different orders with two different charges and should have two different tracking numbers not one. I have written then every day for a week with no response. Buyer beware.

Now that the order says shipped but items missing…I can’t get an answer. Very frustrating. We spent over 128 dollars. I hope to hear from them soon.

Trend Deploy is a SCAM. As other users have noted, I only receive canned email responses and no items were ever sent. FAKE tracking number, items never left USPS shipping as stated. They refuse to refund money and scam customers during these difficult times. Shame on them !

I tried to reach them by phone to get a shipping date and I get a form letter response that doesn’t address my question. I looked up reviews of the company and I’m seeing reviews that they don’t ever ship. I’m a cardiac patient and live in South Florida so I must have a mask to leave my home. I ordered from them because the items showed in stock and I knew they would be able to ship quickly. Please help me find out if they are scammers. The amount of my order is $109.96.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I found an add for an Adjustable Ergonomic Portable Aluminum Laptop Desk on Facebook and purchased it for $61.90. I have now waited a month and have as yet not received the item. I received a fake tracking link which shows little information and no phone number. As neither Trend Deploy or the tracking company have a phone number, I have sent emails to both, but have not received any reply. Please be aware.
