I contacted a seller of a puppy and after talking with them for a few days, I agreed to purchase said puppy. They then said they did all required paperwork and scheduled the shipment and delivery through Trans Jet Shippers. They said to watch my email, txt and phone calls and don’t miss their contact. At this point someone called me and went over the email and verified the shipping address. The email requested I wire transfer money for a special crate to ship the puppy and that the majority would be cash refunded upon delivery. Once i proved the wire transfer they said the dog would arrive at 5pm. Next, morning this shipper contacted me and requested 2275.00 for insurance which also would be refunded on acceptable delivery.
