I’ve received and returned the call for a claim # with the phone number they leave. When I contact they say it’s in regards to a payday loan from 2012 that is unpaid. I do not have anything like that. When I ask for something in writing, they say they’ll send me a Debt Validation, and it never comes. They’ve contacted friends and family leaving messages for me to call as well. They’ve threatened to send someone to my work to arrest me. I fully believe this is a scam.

I receive several of these calls a day with all different numbers with a claim number that I took out a loan in 2012 that I have not paid on. They have a lot of old information of mine. They have gone as far as to contact my mother on her home line to her to have me contact them. They are very demanding to get this taken care of or I will be paying a lot more money than what I owe.
