Type of a scam Tech Support

In Dec 2017, my dad was contacted by "Anna Wilson" about supposed problems with his Apple Computer’s battery. She convinced him to give his Bank of America checking account info for a "warranty," & his Bank of America statement shows that on 12/27/17 "TRADENATIONA4357" withdrew $299.99 from the account. On 12/30/17 I contacted Bank of America to halt payment & ensure no more withdrawals would be made. I was unsuccessful in stopping the payment but there haven’t been any new withdrawals from Trade National. On Jan 6 2018 my father visited Bank of America to change his account info. On around Jan 8 2018, he got another call claiming to be from his grandson, asking for $6000 for "bail" after a "car accident." He refused but was disturbed by the personal info that the caller appeared to have. We are concerned that his identity has been compromised & that he is now the target of scammers.
