Same experience. Ordered 2. Almost 6 weeks now. Tracking provided appears fictitious as it makes no sense. No human response to online inquiry at toxoic.co, but right after I received the first tracking info from them and all automated. They are continuing to draw people in with the “mandatory” order, using our need to protect our “family” to get more sales. This is especially disillusioning since we need good masks to survive, in many cases, and this site is elaborately set up to prolong the time frame between time of order and when a customer feels the need to complain, extending their draw of sales. To use a pandemic to profit.. i just don’t get it.

Selling masks say they ship in USA tracking indicates its form China. No movement on tracking of product refuse to be helpful and very rude and vague when contacted via email. Initial order say product will arrive in 1-2 weeks been more than a month and no product. Unable to get address of company or any phone numbers.
