I am still waiting for my dog bed also. I ordered it on July 21st. Hasn’t arrived yet! Was suppose to be 50 % off and they do give that to you but what they don’t tell you is that they sign you up for this VIP club magazine or whatever that they never even had mentioned a word about. Then, after a month or so goes by they start drawing more chgs. from your bank acct. When I called them on it they said that I had agreed to that and that that was how I was able to have gotten the 50% off. I told them that I HAD NOT been informed of any such thing when I ordered the bed. They did immediately refund me all the additional charges that they had pulled from my bank acct. However, I guess I should have asked for a total refund at that time because so far I’m still out the 50% price of the bed and no bed as of yet! We’ve all heard that old saying “BUYER BEWARE!” From now on I will definitely check any and ALL places out with the BBB before turning over my hard earned fixed income money. Dolores in Washington

I’ve been waiting for my pet beds for over 2mos and haven’t received anything from them. Now I have this $28 reoccurring charge supposedly a vip membership. They offer 25% refund but get the run around. 4 phone calls and no refund and no pet beds. I lost out on $99.68! I’m calling my bank tomorrow and getting something done about this BS.

Ordered bed for my senior dog. 7/7/20. Still do not have it. Now being charged$28.74 4 times for something I did sign up for. Do not order from this company! I have em them 6 times. Have called 3 times & have gotten no where. As of today they have taken $210 from my account. Disputing through my bank because company will not do anything!

i purchased a dog bed in April 2020 from top trend and it took 3 much to receive my order. I paid for the bed but they have been charging me $28.74 since April for what they call VIP membership which I did not sign up for. I called and asked for a refund but was told I had 30 days to cancel this membership. No refund. I’m so upset that they can do this.

its fraud, i am also a victim of their scam. I ordered 2 XL bed in May, it arrived over 2 months later but sent me 2 small size beds. I should have paid more attention and read the reviews before purchasing. That reminds me I should check my bank.

I ordered a large dog bed. They charged me for 3 small beds. I told them that I ordered 1 large bed. They charged me again for it. Today when the bank is closed, they have charged me again. MONTHS LATER I STILL DON’T HAVE A BED.

I wish I would have found these complaints before I purchased my dog bed but here I am one of the victims of this so-called “company”. Listen to the reviews, ALWAYS. ALWAYS do a quick search in the BBB for a “company” to make sure they are legit. I’m only out $40, but in these times $40 is a lot of money to be out of when you don’t have much to begin with. These people keep tossing the ball to the courier and refuse to take responsibility and refuse to give me a refund.

I bought dog beds earlier in the year. It took about 3 months to get them They definitely came from China. Today I am seeing a charge from them on credit card for 28.74. This is not a purchase but an unauthorized charge! After waiting so long for the dog beds and no updates, unable to track your order, unable to contact customer service. Never again! I believe these people are scammers. I will be calling my bank to dispute this charge.

I ordered a dog bed over a month ago and have not received it so I sent an email to the company. but only after searching through Instagram to find the ad I originally clicked on because i never received an order confirmation, invoice, transaction receipt, nothing from the company. But they sure were quick to charge my card. I receivced a response fairly quickly with a “tracking number” link. Unfortunately all it did was take me to a third party shipping company that couldn’t give me any information AT ALL. The company barely even knew my name let alone where the package was supposedly delivered to. its crap. this company needs to be shut down.

I had a similar experience it took me 4 months to get the beds I ordered an extra large and received 2 small beds. My Dog won’t even go near it. There refund policy is 30 days from order and they don’t ship for over 4 months. I had a tracking sent right away that showed the product in LA for the next 4 months. This company is garbage!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased 2 dog beds clear back in March, it is now middle of June 2020, still do not have my items. Every time I email them the response is “sorry, your order is coming”. They charged my card back in March. I think it’s ridiculous they counter to a dispute that I made on my card, but they can’t produce purchased items. Check out the better business bureau on this company. They have so many complaints about charging people and not producing the items. AGain, DON’T USE THEM. They just got 128.00 in free money. Please remove there website so they can’t scam anyone else.

I ordetef a small round furry bed on May 21,2020 and $32.50 was taken from my account on May 22,2020. My little dog died June 11.2020 and I called regarding possible cancellation or refund when the bed arrives. I was told by customer service agent Mario my dog HAD shipped from CHINA but COVD-19 is delaying shipping so it could be 2 or3 months before arrival! Because the bed had shipped he could not frefund which I understood BUT his NEXT solutions were
UNBELIEVABLE. UNTRUE ANDA SCAM! $32.50 may not seem like a lot of money to some but on a set income of Social Security it is. i now have vet and cremation bills from my little dog Tinker and the money would help. I asked to return the bed when it arrived and Mario said it is a BIG HASSLE to return it to China and I should just give it to someone! Their return policy states items ship to an address in California USA! LASTLY the return policy states NO REFUNDS OR REFURNS ON SALE ITEMS…Top Trend always advertises all on sale or percentages off regular prices…NO INTENTION OF GIVING REFUNDS! I am filing complaint with Better Business Bureau and My Bank who investigates and files complaints on these scams!

I bought two face masks priced around $35. Two months later did not receive anything. I filed a complaint with the BBB and two weeks later I received a small package from China with the face masks. The facemasks are not what you get for $35. These are the worst facemasks. I searched on Amazon and found the same exact face mask going for $4. This is a Chinese company scamming people. Never buy anything from them. The worst.

Ordered an extra large calming bed on April 1, 2020. It must have been an April Fools Joke because after 3 phone calls, 2 emails, complaint to BBB, here it is 2 months later and still no bed. They said they would give me 25% discount. A discount for an invisible product is worthless. They said twice it shipped already. This is a scam. This company is based in China, so COVID-19 is probably to blame. Don’t buy anything from Top Trend. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM !

04/21/2020 I purchased a calming bed for my dog and paid $67.50 by credit card online. I was given a tracking number but I do NOT speak or read Chinese and trying to track was impossible. Today is 06/02/2020, still no bed, no reply to my emails, and money not refunded.

I ordered a dog bed, the fluffy round calming bed, in early January 2020. By the end of February I had not heard anything. Then there was a charge on my card for $41.00 from them. I had bought the bed for $26.00! A few weeks later there was another charge for $12.47 “VIP” charge. I emailed them and told them to cancel that recurring fee, refund my money for that charge, and refund the money they had overcharged me for the bed, which I still hadn’t received. Then the next month they charged me the $12.47 again. I emailed them AGAIN, using sterner language, but there was another charge this past month for $12.47. How do I make them stop? Oh! got the bed in early May. The dog loves it, but the first thing I did was wash and dry it twice. In case of germs.

I made a mistake to buy a calma bed for my dog. After decided to pay On April 27 2020 they sent me an email to charge me each month a VIP membership of $28.00. I rejected and they just told me the would cancel. After a tons of message, this store never sent me a tracking number or even my package. They charged me $57 but never received just a confirmation number but nothing else.

I looked them up on ScamPulse.com and there’s a report on the site that says an investigation was opened on this company back in March 2019. ScamPulse.com gave company an F rating. I saw this advertisement on Instagram so I thought it was ok.

I ordered the wonderfully advertised dog beds thinking I would splurge on my babies. Well they responded once when i was asking for a refund because I changed my mind. They said they would refund me 25% if I wished to keep the beds since they already shipped or I could return them and receive a full refund. Well I decided I’ll keep them and take the refund. A month later I’m laying in bed thinking, hey I never received a refund or those wonderfully advertised dog beds. I emailed asking for tracking information and followed up on the refund but nothing. I go to my bank statement and call the number my bank listed for Top Trend Store and it’s busy, assuming it’s even a real number. This is totally a scam and I’m contacting my bank now to see if I can get a refund for a scam.

I have a game app on my phone, and sometimes is shows ads. It showed an Ad for a Calming bed for dogs that was on sale. I ordered one and when I got to the end after putting all my information and payment in, then it finally showed me how much the dog bed was. Which turned out they charged me $87.00 for a large dog calming bed. I tried to notify them several times through e-mail to ask them why the bed was so high and where was my discount. They finally returned my message that said my bed had been shipped on 2/29/20 and to give it 3-4 weeks to get to my house. I tried to check the tracking # and if said there wasn’t a item with that number to be found that has been shipped. I don’t work because I stay with my brother because he has dementia and money is really hard for me right now. I hate that I was so trusting, now they have made off with money that my brother and I really need. I e-mailed them again today to let them know I haven’t received my purchase yet and that when I checked tracking, it said that tracking number isn’t legitamite. I doubt I will ever hear from them, but I am going to call the number that is on my e-mail from them Monday. Also when I put in the name of the store on the internet, it shows up that it’s there, but I sure don’t see anything of the bed I ordered on the website.

Please beware this company is selling products from CHINA! After all of the virus problems from there this company needs seriously to be shutdown.

I originally ordered a dog bed from this company February 15,2020. I received a confirmation email providing an order number along with a note saying “some items may take up to 3-4 weeks to be shipped”. I was willing to wait for my shipment if need be so I was not concerned when my recent credit card account indicated that my card was instantly charged at the time I placed the order. I assumed the item I had ordered must have been in stock and promptly went to Top Trend’s web site to track my order. When I put the requisite email and order number into their tracking system I was shocked to read there was no such order number! I then went to my account page on their site to check the “My Orders” site to find there was no record there of my order either. After 4 calls this morning to their Customer Service with no explanations for why my order does not appear the Customer Service Supervisor offered to provide a 25% discount on my order. I requested a confirmation of our discussion and the Supervisor thanked me for my patience. It was only when no confirmation arrived that I begin to suspect I had made a foolish mistake ordering from this company. I immediately checked with your ScamPulse.com on this company to find many similar complaints about this company. I immediately contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and providing information regarding the apparent fake order number I received. My credit card company is taking care of getting my money back but I absolutely wanted to file a complaint to go with the many other complaints you have on this company. Surely companies like this are not allowed to continue such scams without the California Attorney General’s Office not becoming involved. I also contacted the Facebook Advertising site regarding this company. Hopefully, other people will be more careful about checking with the ScamPulse.com for such scams by this company before ordering than I was. Lesson learned the hard way.

I purchased an ultrasonic devise online in October 2019. After waiting for 2 months to receive my devise, I disputed the charge on my credit card. Top Trend Store had the audacity to counteract my dispute by saying I had received my product and provided their evidence to my credit card company. The problem was that the so called proof they provided was totally false. They said I had purchased a product and showed fabricated proof I supposedly down loaded it to my email. I know we are in modern times but downloading electronically a tangible item is totally impossible. Be careful and don’t fall for this company. They advertisement pop up in other apps and they don’t disclose the name of their company. The Ultrasonic devise I ordered was $94.99 plus $6.95 for shipping. The total came out to $101.94.

I purchased an item on July 23, 2019 today is August 30, 2019 and I have not received my merchandise but the funds were taken from my credit card clear back on July 25th. I have emailed this company 4 times, called them 3 and just on the 28th of August, I was told that I would have my merchandise by Friday, which is today. And I still have nothing. They will not give me a tracking number to confirm that my stuff is even in route. I don’t get any replies to my emails in regards to where my order is. I get a foreign individual on the line each time. But get a run around story each time. I do believe this company is a fraud and should be on high alert, possibly have there website removed so that they do not scam someone else out of $101.94 dollars.
