Top Offers Mall

ordered a TV through this website and never got it. I put my credit card in and they said that I have to have a gift card to purchase the item. So I bought a gift card to purchase the item. They stole my credit card number though and put fraudulent charges on my credit card. I also never received the item that I purchased the gift card to buy…DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE…COMPLETE SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL!

Top Offers Mall is a website that takes your credit card information then rejects it and give you other options to pay for the item. I used paypal for $21.90. There is a fake carrier website UPN Carrier that reports the progress of the delivery which appears to be very slow. The product never arrives. Neither the "seller" nor "carrier" respond to any communications. I am trying to get my money back through paypal. Other people have reported that their credit card numbers have been used fraudulently.

I thought I finally found some Pioneer Woman glasses that had been discontinued. I ordered them December 2, 2017. The company sent me an email where I could follow shipping via UPN code, which apparently isn’t real. I never received my product and the never responded to my email or the email that PayPal sent to them on my behalf.

Was looking for a specific product that was sold out or unavailable in stores and online. Then found topoffersmall.com somehow had the item and for the cheapest price I had seen, ordered it immediately. Received a tracking number and my account was charged through PayPal. Was told the item would arrive in 3-5 business days. Several weeks later never received the item, the tracking number provided initially showed activity but eventually was deactivated and the system said it was not valid. I attempted to contact the website and never received a response, called the available phone number and got an automated machine that simply took you in circles and provided no assistance. I should have done my research on this website. It has several bad reviews detialing similar stories and has an F rating on BBB. Please do

Not try to purchase things from here.

I recently placed an order for a truck part through TopOffersMall.com and when they asked for my C Card information, I had to enter it twice. I didn’t think a lot of it at the time, other than that I was pretty sure I didn’t make any errors. Later that day, I began to get odd SPAM e-mails, and after a few days I got a call from the fraud department of my Credit Card issuer, asking for confirmation of a change of address, and charges. My best guess is that someone hacked into the TopOffersMall website, and connected me to a duplicate page to get my CC information. After re-entering the information asked for, my order seemed to be processed as usual. TopOffersMall gave me a tracking number, and following that link, it shows that the shipping company is processing a parcel to my address, so as of right now, it seems that they have the part in route. I just want to get the word out there that if ordering anything through TopOffersMall, and the ordering process just doesn’t ‘seem’ like it’s going right, your information may be compromised.

My neighbor informed me of a good deal on black Friday of a TV at the website I provided. We both purchased a TV. The very next day my credit card was hit with over $800 in bogus purchases which I immediately stopped. Red flags started going up when I received the tracking number and shipping company info. They use a carrier called usn carriers and a tracking # I have never seen. I watched as the tracking number progressed and started seeing discrepancies in shipping dates and times. When it had been delivered to my post office in my town, I called the post office and the post master informed me that there was no such package and that tracking number was no good. Needless to say I never received it even after the tracking number said it delivered. Also no answer when you try calling the number. It says helping other customers and then hangs up on you. I called the shipping company at (516)986-6447 and the same, no answer. Thankfully I have a good credit card company and they stopped payment. My neighbor had the same experience except his card did not get fraud because you have to call in on his before a purchase.

Placed order for a Table. 3 weeks later nothing arrived. Then tracking showed delivered but nothing was. I tried to call them, but they never answer. They have an automated machine that won’t allow access, nor can you leave a message. Then I tried to call the shipping company. I’ve never seen a shipping company that never answers a call and mail box is full so you cant leave message either. Sent emails for both for days, no one replied. It is obvious to me right now that this is a scamming business and even the shipping company the claim to use is also a fake.

BEWARE, do not spend a penny on this website.

The website mimics Wal-Mart’s. Looks like a legitimate website. Received confirmation email and shipping info. The shipping website, USN Carriers, is also fake.

I was searching for a favorite pair of jeans online using Google Search ‘Images’.

Found the pants in stock on Top Offers Mall. Made purchase November 9,2017, using PayPal.

Confirmation was given via email for both order received and order sent.

Received tracking number.

Tracked package in anticipation.

Took 25 days to go from New Jersey to Salt Lake City,UT and 2 days to make it to Ogden Post Office.

Post Office said they didn’t recognize the tracking number or the carrier.

I checked the tracking again. Finding it Delivered at 5:59 A.M. on Sunday the 2nd of December!

Thats when I really got concerned.

After several attempts to call and email, hearing nothing.

Finally received my Credit Card Statement and the amount I paid was there with s very strange name as to whom I paid via PayPal.

Then I was sure I had been scammed ??

Then, I checked the ScamPulse.com site and BAM! There it was! Top Offer Mall SCAM. ??

GET THESE MEAN PEOPLE!

I was looking for an item that has been discontinued for a while. You can purchase the product from private sellers, but at 10+ times the cost of what it was going for retail. I googled the product again, and came across this website, selling the item back to it’s retail value, saying it’s in stock. So I decided to stock up and by 20 of them. After I had inputted my CC information, it said my card declined. I got an e-mail saying my order has been processed, then I got another email saying my card did not go through due to security reasons. Then it advised me to go on Amazon and Walmart and purchase gift cards from them, and then use it on their website, which seemed odd. Before making the purchase though, I did try to google this company and I didn’t really find anything fishy about it. That is why I continued with the purchase. After my card was declined, I went even deeper into finding out how to point out fake websites. That’s when I found an article stating that if a website requires you to use a gift card and bitcoins only, do not trust it. And that is why I am here.

This company is fake. I purchased a toy for my son. It was never received at my home, the phone does not work, they didn’t respond to my emails. They came up with a fake USN carrier shipping number and information. My paypal money went to an Ivo Costa at the email:
