$900 sent and then they stopped responding. Should have known better with all the red flags that came up. Unfortunately, emotions got the better of us. Please do not fall for this like we did. Do your research. Hopefully they’ll get what they deserve.

Upon being contacted via phone by the potential victim, scammer responds quickly, sends photos and videos of puppy via email, texts over phone and promises to furnish bill of sale promptly after being paid through Zelle pay. Once victim has paid through Zelle, communication stops and scammer does not answer.
