Mr Roegner advertised 4 tickets available for the SEC Championship game in Atlanta, GA on 12/7/2019. He asked for a phone number when contacted through the Craigslist ad and then communicated via text messaging. Mr Roegner provided a copy of his drivers license as well as a screen shot of the tickets he had available and reported that he would transfer them via Ticketmaster. A transfer of funds was completed via Cash App but he never transferred the tickets to me. Mr Roegner continued to post the same ad on Craigslist 3 other times, advertising the same tickets for sale. I sent him another message via another email and a different cell phone and he contacted me the next morning (Saturday.) He gave me all of the same info and indicated that all 4 tickets were still available for sale. He sent the same copy of a drivers license and the same photo of the tickets available via Ticketmaster, he even gave me his ticketmaster username. I have filed a police report as well as a complaint with Ticketmaster against him, a complaint with Cash App as well as with my bank.
