The company lied about price, procedures, & having our own truck. We were to go from IL to SC no storage or unloading. We were loaded in a truck increased in cu ft so charged more. Unloaded then reloaded in a different truck with furniture going to Georgia! Couldnt tell me when delivery would be
Was told same crew would drive To SC & unload. RIGHT?!! MANY IRREPLACEABLE PIECES OF FURNITURE DAMAGED! boxes & bins crushed ! Many broken pieces !! Henrendon sofa missing 4 out of 5 bolsters. So much it is heartbrraking!!
Broke stained glass ceiling light while loading. Some pieces they glued before showing us. Glass in antique cupboard broken. Antique buffet marble top broken in half! In the process of filing a claim with them which I’m sure is a waste of time. They’ve taken their website down.
