my dad received a phone call from afs stating that i took out a online payday loan. at the time of this incident i wasn’t living at the address given and the county was even wrong. afs refuses to give any other information about this over the phone and i’m supposed to pay court fees also. afs said that i would be receiving paperwork within 2 days and still no paperwork for this claim. and afs claims that I have to go to court back in iowa
