I ordered 2 cases for $35 which isn’t a lot but it has been over a month and I have received nothing. I complained on their instagram page and got a message from them saying they would fix it but still nothing. After complaining a second time on their instagram page they blocked me so I couldn’t commeny any more and messaged me again saying that I would get my stuff by next week but it seems more like an empty promise and by what everyone is saying, my mailbox will still be empty by next week and I’ll be out $35 dollars.

I had purchased a phone case from Tiedyecloset on February 9th, the $20 was immediately taken out after my purchase and it has been almost 3 weeks and I have received nothing. I had emailed them twice and still have heard nothing. After looking at their reviews, I found out that this is a common thing with them, to take the money but never send out the product.

Me, and among many other people I have met online have purchased an item(s) from this website, and never get the items. When we contact the company, through direct message on Instagram, they would give us false hope by saying things like, "We will ship your item out soon," and "Sorry about the trouble." And when we would say, "okay I’ve had enough, I want a refund," the company would tell us, "no problem, sending a refund now." And…still…nothing happens. They’ve told me multiple times they have 5+ people working with my order trying to get it out. Still haven’t received my item, or a refund.
