A Benjamin Jones from the claims dept contact the consumer, telling her she won $5 million and need to pay to get the check issued to her. She was to send her payment to a Merchant Bank, 846 Heartleaf Dr., Columbia SC 29229 Attn: John Quarles. Mr. Jones told the consumer that the money would be cleared throug the IRS, FTC, and BBB.
