Owner reached out to “partner with and market” my business via her online community. She targets women owned businesses, takes initial setup fees and as soon as the payment to her personal PayPal account clears, turns around and conveys she no longer believes the partnership will work. She found me and others via Facebook entrepreneurship groups and is continuing the same process repeatedly.
