Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
Text book scam. Offers to mail check and extremely over pay for item listed. After fraudulent check is cashed. Claim they gave extra money so I can pay the “shipper” inconvenience fees or something. Would be days or weeks before discovering check is fraudulent and I then owe the bank back. Scam was caught when the check showed up.
